Description

A unique wedding venue on the Suffolk Coast originally built in the 1920's, it retains the atmopshere of a time gone by coupled with modern facilities.

The Country Club located overlooking Thorpeness Beach is an open canvas, allowing the bride and groom to dress the venue to compliment their wedding theme.

The Lakeside room at Thorpeness Hotel overlooking the gardens and Meare is ideal for smaller intimate weddings.

The hotel offers 36 rooms including eight that are new and others, recently upgraded. Some overlook the Meare, gardens or golf course. There are two bars, a restaurant, drawing room, snooker room and a library.

Close to Thorpeness beach there are twelve self catering apartments and houses sleeping from two to ten guests. All are individually furnished to a four star standard.
